Taking this at-home sperm test is the first step towards understanding your fertility. Now you can order, test and evaluate your sperm without ever leaving the house.

Get the answers that will help inform what comes next in your journey towards fertility.

Our FDA-cleared test allows for fast, easy and private assessment of two key factors in male fertility: sperm concentration (one way of estimating sperm count) and semen volume. Sperm concentration and semen volume are only two factors that could impact your fertility status and chances of conceiving. For a complete assessment of your reproductive health, consult a healthcare provider.

Monitoring your sperm changes over time can help you determine if certain lifestyle choices have an impact on your reproductive health. Order the Men’s Rapid Fertility Refill Kit to continue to track your sperm concentration and semen volume.

FAQ

  • Male fertility tests are a helpful first step in learning more about your reproductive health. Our Men’s Rapid Fertility Test is FDA-cleared and has been proven to be as accurate as a standard laboratory test. Our proprietary microfluidic testing system is engineered to provide results you can count on.  As the Prop spins on the Engine provided in the kit, sperm are selectively filtered to provide results that are accurate to our stringent performance standards.

  • The main sign of low sperm count is difficulty in achieving pregnancy with a partner. Other possible indicators of a low sperm count may include:

    • Low sex drive
    • Erectile dysfunction
    • Evidence of hormonal imbalance, such as decreased facial or body hair
    • Pain, swelling or an abnormal lump in the testicles2
  • Understanding sperm concentration levels is essential as you prepare for your fertility journey.

    • Normal sperm concentration (one way of estimating sperm count) ranges from 15 million up to 200 million sperm per milliliter of semen.
    • Low sperm count is considered to be fewer than 15 million sperm per milliliter of semen.3
  • A variety of factors can impact sperm count, including:

    • Genetic conditions
    • Medical conditions
    • Environmental factors
    • Lifestyle habits
    • Certain medications
    • Erectile dysfunction2

Monitoring sperm count over time can help you identify factors that may be impacting your reproductive health. Using a male at-home fertility test such as the Men’s Rapid Fertility Test can help you understand your fertility status better. Since fertility can change over time, you can order a refill kit to continue tracking your sperm count.

  • Taking a sperm test at home helps you get a clearer picture of your sperm health so you know where to start on your reproductive health journey. If you have questions or concerns about your fertility, share your results with your provider to get a jump start on your process. In addition, if you’re continually testing low, it can be a great indicator that further analysis by your healthcare provider may be necessary.

Adopting healthy habits can also improve your reproductive health and chances of conceiving. Common suggestions include4:

    • Maintaining a healthy body weight
    • Eating fruit and vegetables
    • Avoiding excessive amounts of alcohol and smoking
    • Preventing sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
  • Your sperm count can change daily, weekly and monthly due to changes in your health, lifestyle and the world around you.  To get the most accurate benchmark results, we recommend testing twice to establish a baseline for measuring progress. After that, test monthly outside of your partner’s fertile window (the six-day interval when pregnancy can occur, ending on her ovulation day) to avoid conflicting with any attempts to get pregnant.  There are a range of health and lifestyle changes that may help to improve your sperm concentration and semen volume, so please consult with your physician to find which may work best for you.

Many men start to see improvements from those changes starting after one month, but because it takes sperm a while to fully develop, it may take two months or longer to see meaningful increases after implementing health and lifestyle changes. The Men’s Rapid Fertility Test comes with two tests, and refill packs are available so that you can test regularly to track changes over time.

  • To ensure accuracy, we recommend collecting your sample by masturbation only.
